Best service center ever! With a engine failure on I-10 Shawn in service helped to get me towed in right a way. Upon arrival service manager & tech were checking out my Jeep almost immediately. Then pushed it in to check over. Wow, not what I'm use to. Even though it was under warranty, it was going to take more time than I had to wait. Then I met Brian Buonvino in sales. His kind manners made me feel right at home. This guy knows a lot about vehicles, products, also features & benefits. Plus he is a VET. What a guy! Even though my Jeep had a bad motor he offered me thousands more than Kelly Blue Book price for trade. Plus a discount on there vehicle, he made me a deal I could not refuse. I drove it home & love it. A bad day to start turned out great. Even the managers that don't normally talk to people like me were helpful & kind. Everyone was great. They make car buying easy. This is my new go to dealer for sales & service. I do recommend!
4WD bushing broke while at Party In The Pines. I stopped in to get some advice. They were able to replace it, take care of two recalls, and two sensor problems. I was out in 2.5 hours on a Saturday morning. Tanner-GREAT GUY! JJ mechanic nswered my questions without hesitation and informative. They need to take over the Tallahassee dealership!
