Rountree Toyota has always treated us right. We have bought 6 vehicles from them and leased one too. Their service department is always professional and polite and get the job done in reasonable time. They have a comfortable waiting area with plenty of coffee.
Go somewhere else, anywhere is better than Rountree.
They have always provided excellent sevice for us! I was also offered a free car wash and complimentary vacuuming which was totally Awesome!! In these freezing temperatures it's hard to get out to get your car cleaned. It was greatly appreciated:). Everyone is so polite and courteous there we always highly recommend them. .....no matter if it is their Sales Dept or Service Dept, they truly provide EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!! Only at Roundtree-Moore Toyota!!

Had my 2014 Tundra serviced recently. My Service Advisor, Gene Nelson took care of the required service as well as addressing a few other concerns with the truck. The work was done quickly and the truck was returned detailed and clean. Thanks Gene.
They promised repairing an issue I discovered prior to purchase (a scratch) only to have a second 6 hour round trip for another lie. No repair of the scratch.
Worse experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle.

Kevin told me the car I wanted and drove 3 hours to purchase had sold and talked me into a more expensive sale just for me to discover the car I really wanted was on another one of their lots. When I discovered this I called Kevin he acted stupid to this discovery.
