Folks, there are NO lemon laws for RV's. Buyers unaware of this (like I was) are camping world's lawful prey. Buyer beware. Research the dealer as much as the brand. Actually go on to camping world's own web site "areveedotnet" and see for yourself. Don't make the same mistake I did, and MANY others.
Great experience with these guys. Made my first travel trailer purchase hassle free. After a month of shopping at many locations I returned here to my first stop. Our salesman Phil was honest and easy to work with. Cory Lee and the rest of the team did a great job. Sales staff in the store was helpful and friendly. Keith and Jason in service went above and beyond getting my tow vehicle prepped and even fixed a safety issue with the tow vehicle. I'll be making any future purchases at this location.
We really enjoyed ourselves. We had a salesman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are just in the looking stage. He wasn't pushy. He's going to keep in touch with us until we're ready to make a move on buying an RV.

I'm scheduling my first Mechanical service soon to flush and fill everything and get a tune up, and balance the front tires. already sent a service request to Byron store. thank you very much. This is going to be a long review because I learned an awful lot about this place. From the employees. If you want a business with good ethics, this is the place to visit. Not only did they have everything I was looking for, friendly service, and a quick process of getting in and getting out, but there is so much more. I visited a couple days after the hurricane. Did you know that they let all of their employees take an RV with a generator home so they had a good place to stay at night when the power was out? I kid you not. Not only that, this business was closed for 4 days for the hurricane. They paid every employee for each day they were closed. This is the most ethical business I have ever heard of. You can't go wrong shopping here as a customer. When they treat their employees that well, imagine how well they treat their customers.
