To my surprise when I got here we found there was a few other families here that had kids and we're standing here so we thought it was ideal place. As months went by I have seen many things go on in this hotel. I saw three drug bust here. One I woke up in the middle of the night and had an AK shined at me from a sheriff looking for some would-be robber that ran that stole somebody's purse or broke into somebody's house I thought wow that put a new light on a roof over your head. As time went by I noticed people we're kicked out like dogs for having a messy room, but if your in rm 107 the rule does not apply, and reasons that simply do not make sense like the kids were playing, or simply because somebody didn't like them for one reason or another we are all different we all do not do the same as someone else does some of us have better cleaning habits than others some look Stranger than others or some walk different than others for those reasons, I seen that people are getting kicked out with simply being difference.
In a Hotel situation and every day life everyone should be treated the same no matter how you walked dressed how you keep your room or anything you are our guess you should be treated with the utmost respect and honor that a person deserves. This hotel is unlike Bates hotel at least you live to move out of this hotel but still the same quality as Bates hotel that's sad.
You could even ask if dinner was any good, and be told in a hateful way we'll it is free. What does that have to do with anything are you so miserable working here or just hateful person, all you have is hateful words to say no kind words that's about ever staff member example the old gray head lady they drive a green kia soul car and her daughter all the same hateful.
Looks like people live there, it needs to be updated they did clean outside every morning but the clientele threw cigarette buts every where and in flower beds need more ashtrays staff was nice

Simply said I have stayed in lot of hotels throughout my travels of the u.s. Because of my job I had to stay in different hotels and this is the first hotel that I will be glad to leave and never never never come back to because the staff does not know how to treat their guests.
I know like most companies they really don't care they're making their millions and sitting back collecting it but truly having your guest treated as guest is the best policy. Instead of super 8 hotel it should be called two face hotel.
People came here for different reasons some financially some because their homes got burned or they just simply could not afford to pay rent, a lost of job. Whatever the reason they came here to stay and we're treated like dogs. Troy does not need to be a hotel GM because he doesn't now how to treat people like guess, only if your his friend will you be treated like a guess. If your a GM all policy go for everyone not just for the ones you like.
Other than a couple loud guests the place was great. I have Fibromyalgia, beds usually keep me tossing in pain, but not these! I slept well. It was nice. The service is awesome, breakfast is fantastic! Biscuits and gravy, cereal, there isn't a whole lot of junk breakfast here, hooray! They also fix waffles for you, Megan is super nice and friendly. They'd rather fix it for you than you burn yourself. If you get a bed with an uncomfy mattress, ask for another room, they are available. I liked it here a lot.
Let's go back to the messy rooms seen a couple get kicked out because the room wasn't so messy but there's exceptions if you are Troy's friends and really seriously Troy's friends you can have the messiest room in the world and you would not get kicked out for example room 107, you could even cuss at Troy and treat others like a dog and still keep your room like rm 205, but that's because you guys were friends and you just happened to be a drunk and can't control your mouth that is a dismissal for not being kicked out of the hotel, I've seen that happen for instance room 207.
So basically if you were not a friend of Troy's or the head housekeeping lady did not like you or the front office manager lady did not like you and then you were simply dismiss like a dog so this hotel is really not a hotel. It was like pulling teeth to get a vacuum that worked to even vacuum your floor or clean towels or even cups or shampoo or just any common courtesy out of some of the staff here.
Smells clean as soon as you open door..beds clean..bathrooms clean nice place....
