This was all done by telephone and text message. The order was to be shipped out of Washington to my grand daughter's home. Elaine had to cordinate the delivery date with the time that there Would-be somebody home. Elaine did a great job. Highly recommend her.
I bought a mattress set for $250.00 on clearance. And after 1 week the binding is coming off. Very sorry I bought there. I think is a refurbished mattresse. Sales person Elaine was very nice and helpfull. Staff nice but do not buy sale items.
