Very satisfied with my stay. Rooms are big with a kitchenette. Very clean. The area also looked safe. The only downside is that the shower were very small and narrow and shower curtains were very dirty on the bottom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Recommended.
Where to begin? The bathroom light and fan were both out. The door was hard to close, not impossible but hard. The AC made a noise like it was possessed by a demon. The carpet was wet in places. The was some kibble left on the floor. And the smell was something from the black lagoon. But it did it's job. We could sleep safely and our bird could too.
I arrived at 4 a.m. unannounced. They were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. My room was very large with a refrigerator full size kitchenette dining room table bed was comfy. The rate was only $55 per night with a continental breakfast. The place is a little older but my room was clean
Not satisfied. Charged us more on our card without our knowledge or any reason that we know why. Check out was 11am. We called the office asked if we could stay till 12 noon, and they replied Absolutely. By 11:40, men were banging on our door and talking very rudely. They told us it was time for check out. I replied that I made arrangements until noon, and they would not leave from outside our door, talking loudly and very rude. We did like our accommodations but that kind of changed our whole experience. I do have to find out why they put another charge on our card. :/
This place was reasonably priced but it's the customer service that makes it. The ac's were turned on for us before we checked in. Ron and Rosebud were amazing. They allowed us to use the hotel's industrial washing machines to ensure our softball teams uniforms were sparkling . They knew what we needed before we did. They heard we were going to the river and brought freshly washed towels for all of us to take with us. That is only 2 examples I could ramble more. The sign says come as a guest leave as a family and Ron and Rosebud go out of their way to make sure that happens
