I was having some issues with a tweeter cutting in and out and at some point it stopped making sound. I didn’t know what the issue was and the guys at Pinnacle Autosound determined that my tweeter blew. In no time they gave me some options of replacement tweeters that fit the exact spot where my last ones went so no extra time was wasted. As soon as the tweeters arrived at the shop they fit me into their schedule just to make sure that my problem was fixed quickly. I appreciate how much time and care they give to their customers. Not only did they quickly solve my problem but they knew that I wanted top notch quality tweeters. My tweeter that blew was no longer being made and they were able to find a pair that matched (probably sound better) what I had before when it comes to sound quality. I’m currently moving away from the Lake City, Fl area to Jacksonville, Fl but I will continue to use Pinnacle Autosound for all of my car audio needs.

He even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was happy with service, which I was!
