These guys seem like they don't want to sell you anything. You walk in, are not greeted and once you speak to someone they seem like they are bothered by you. Guy behind the counter when I went in last week seemed to be high as a kite! Won't be going back. Not to mention they don't carry many manufacturers.

I am very impressed with Audiowaves in Lake City, FL. The owner Mr. Stafford was professional and friendly. He send help out quickly and Jimbo the serviceman did a great job. He quickly resolved the problem, was polite and beyond careful regarding neatness. It is apparently normal for him to lay coverings to protect the flooring as well as cleaning up after himself...during an installation...which includes sweeping up. Even Scott who answered my many phone calls was patient and polite..Kudos to Mr. Stafford for an outstanding job and wonderful staff!
