Erin is rude and lazy. She would not help you with anything at all. She only cares for making the commission she gets out of the sales she makes. Do not ask her any question, information or help it's useless.

There is no service after the sale. Once you walk out the door with your new phones you are dead to them. If you are getting new service there great but do not expect any service after the sale.
