Inferior broken products. Store replies are hostile and condescending. I will never again buy from this business.
Terrible customer service. I had business before with this company with no complaints. Recently I ordered a bag full of 100 starfish. More than half were damaged, and when I told them about it they got all defensive and abusive. Doesn't strike me as a very good way to do business. They don't deserve even one star! If you are a crafter stay away.
I have ordered from them a number of times. Order goes out fast and is what they say it will be.
Although an occasional error is absolutely acceptable, their poor customer service is not. I had been a long time customer with this company. However, my first complaint in years of doing business resulted in accusations and ultimately, me losing out on money spent. At a certain point, perhaps it was when the owner stated, and I quote, "we're not through with you", I decided pursuing a refund for an item never received was not worth it. Please be cautious when purchasing from this company. They're great to work with until you have a problem... then watch out!
Remember that these are natural products, not manufactured. One should expect variations in the products. You should also expect breakage. I always order 25% more than I think I will need to allow for variations.
