My pool looking great.
Paid $200.00 to repair my Polaris ms8. Did not work so they tried again and still did not work. Will not refund money ! Said I did not bring it in to fix but left with them to replace parts. HA, WHY WOULD I REPLACE PARTS ?? I LEFT IT THERE TO BE FIXED. THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER REASON TO LEAVE IT WITH THEM OTHER THAN HAVE IT FIXED!!! No guarantee! NO MONEY BACK AND WOULD NOT EVEN APPLY THE MONEY TOWARD A NEW ONE. This is just totally wrong. If he could not fix, he should have stated that. Now I am out $200.00. TERRIBLE business! I WILL COST ME MORE TO FIGHT THIS,! SO I LOSE !!!
I am not sure why people would want their water tested and not let the experts supply the chemicals. Their prices are very fair, and even if they were more expensive, I would pay. I consider their knowledge a valuable resource and I do my best to support them so they will always be there.

When I told them where we lived they knew exactly who the former owner was and the specifics of the pool. This to me says A LOT about a company, the fact that they knew and could tell me about the former owner was impressive. The fact that they took/take the time to get to know their customers is a quality you don't find often. Kirsplash pools has just made a customer for life!
I gave them 1 star because you can't give them the review they deserve. No stairs. I went to their store several times and all they want you to do is buy buy buy and keep your mouth shut and give them your card. When my pool is green it is my fault or it rained or a cat swimming in my pool. That is as stupid as thinking someone would go to restaurant and use a table and get a empty plate. Thank goodness we have another pool store in town again.
I recently purchased a home with a saltwater pool. I took a water sample in to be tested, they told me exactly what I needed and how to administer it to the pool. Excellent customer service!
