Steve and his family have gone above and beyond. They dedicated their time and resources, some times many hours per day, which was neccesary to achive an optimal swimming environment. My pool was in desperate need of some knowledgeable TLC. When they could have sold me gimmicks and tons of chemicals they instead offered to actually help. They will answer questions and have even stopped by my house to check out my sand filter when I couldn't figure out the problem! No charge for water testing AND ONLY 3.99 for a 2.5 gallon jug of chlorine!! Friendly! Kind! Caring!
