Walked in knowing what I wanted. They had enough makeup in stock. Carlos,a wonderful employee, had tips on eye shadow brushes. He found one for me and I absolutely it. He changed my daily routine up a little bit and I am in love. Thank you Carlos. You made my day.
This was one of my worst experiences in a Sephora store. Not originally being from the area, I needed some last minute fixes for a wedding I would be attending in Live Oak the following weekend. Seeing that Lake City was the closest town with a makeup store that sold high quality makeup I decided to give it a try. BIG mistake. They couldn't match my foundation or concealer correctly. My skin looked so ashy to the point I looked like a walking corpse. I just eventually got aggrevated and found what I needed myself(it took me a while but I did). The only critique I would give is for employees to have some knowledge of makeup for darker skintones.
