Awesome food. Great service. Nice place for quick lunch or family dinner. Chicken of all kinds. Has salads. Zak sauce is the best.
Used to be amazing, now average.. High staff turnover, used to season fries to perfection, now bland.. Seem to get the chicken left under heated lamps no matter what time of day...best things they have are sweet tea and birthday cake milkshakes.
Okay food, aweful service. They yelled the order back as I was saying it, gave us the wrong size drink, and literally screamed at my brother for “STANDING ON THE TABLE” when he was only leaning his knee on the side of the booth. Completely unacceptable and I know I will not be returning. Hope she feels better to have lost 4 of her “regulars”
Very rude managers and employees. Bathrooms were just horrendous. My family & I love Zaxby’s and were very disturbed by this visit and their unfriendly service.
Great chicken, and surprisingly great salads. Perfectly grilled chicken and actual homemade bread croutons. I'm a huge eater and I was full before I finished it all. Make sure to try the sweet tea or the zaxby's grape soda.
