Poor service. Good food.
Good food at reasonable cost and great service!
My husband and I came here for breakfast. The hostess tried seating us at a two top table which would have been fine but it was cramped between a wall and a large party less than an arms length away. When we asked for a different table, the hostess huffed and took us to another table.
The waitress took our drink order. Coffee and water. When she came back with coffee, we mentioned that there was no sugar or creamer. We had to ask twice more for both which didn't get to the table until after our food. She did not take our orders for some time even took other tables orders before us.
Lastly, the cashier snapped at me to pay my check over at the bakery while I was still looking at items for sale.
We enjoyed our meal very much. Service was good. One coffee cup was dirty but was changed very quickly.
Glad we were just passing through the area.
Our meals were good and as expected.
First time there. I went for the Veterans Appreciation Dinner which I was grateful for. I had a unique sausage patty hamburger of sorts. It had pickle and onion on it. It was a pleasant change with good flavor. My friends ate the free Country Fried Steak and Mashed Potatoes. They too enjoyed their dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. It is conveniently located just west of I-75. It lost a star because the nice young waitress appeared to be new at waitressing. She was not attentative to the drink refills.
It took several more minutes to get a to-go box and our check as the waitress felt that it was more important to clean all the other tables in the area before giving us our check.
