I’ve lived in Lake City for 15 years and I could count on one hand how many times I’ve gone here because they NEVER, EVER get the order right. I’ll probably never go back
If I could give it less than one star I would there service is horrible there attitude are in the same boat as there customer service skills to say the least there managers have no idea what's going on most of the time.they always get the orders wrong every single time,so I was going to try to give them another chance so I stopped by with my husband and daughter to get some lunch big mistake that we won't ever make again as we are ordering we are being rushed ,we pay it no mind till we get to the window to pay the woman standing there was rude sloppy and unorganized.so first they give us part of our food,as we are waiting we see another younger lady say what are you waiting to so I proceeded to tell them what I was missing they take my bag of food back in the window and put the rest of my items in my same bag and hand it back to me while this is going on the person on drive threw it taking another order mumbling under her breath rude remarks and sarcastic slurs towards the woman on the other end of the speaker.thats so wrong I was appulled Seriously was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Not to mention that I wasn't given my change when I paid or I receipt in the drive thru .I had to go back inside and ask for both of them.as I am waiting they pick up a very crumpled receipt uncrinkle it and had it to me with my change.that is completely unacceptable they should have been able to give me a new clean receipt in the first place don't waste your time or money here!
