We were very unimpressed with our dining experience last night. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. The woman who served us our drinks wasn't even our server. When our server came, she was very rude, and wasn't paying attention to us as we were trying to order... a sure fire way to get an incorrect order. Sure enough, when our food comes out, it is wrong. I try to politely explain to her the mistake. She tries to argue with me and say I ordered something else, and will have to charge me for what the meal already comes with. So we finish eating our food, and we are waiting and waiting on the check. She sees we are done eating and still doesn't bring us our check. So I politely tell her we are ready for our check. She doesn't look at us, does say anything, no response!! Extremely rude!! But she gets out her book and gives us our check. So I look at it and she charged me extra for toppings that come on the meal. So I pull out the menu to show her I shouldn't be charged. She doesn't say sorry or anything! She walks off to the register and begins shaking her head and saying things under her breath!! I felt very offended she was mad at us for her own mistake. She was not trying at all. I still had the decency to tip her, but I will not being going back!
Great, friendly service. Food was served quickly, was hot and tasted great. Easy access to I-75. Recommended
What a disappointment! We love Dennys but not this one in Lake City, avoid at all costs! I ordered pancakes and the waitress set them down in front of me. NO butter, NO syrup. I had to ask for butter & syrup. If that you wasn't bad enough the pancakes weren't cooked through the middle. Horrible!
Great food, quick service and an all around great atmosphere. The food was cooked to perfection and the wait staff (Miguel) was very attentive and surprisedly he knew the menu as for ingredients etc. I highly recommend this restaurant. We were seated within minutes of arriving and the restaurant was very clean. Very friendly waiter I honestly have no complaints !!
Man this place is where you go for a quick amd cheap meal at anytime day or night. Friendly and amazing people.
