It's got a great medical staff but that's about it. Their fiance dept is rude and incompetent. The made a mistake in billing to my cousin's insurance that took her weeks to resolve. I was told an outpatient service would be billed at one level and it cost several hundred dollars more.
Housekeeping and other support staff wander in and out of the rooms at all hours. Staff entering patient rooms often fail to identify themselves or say why they are there.
