Well it's a shame it takes a bad incident for me to write this review but sadly now I must. So far the pizzas have been awesome, I love they are quick and ready in no time from store to home. Would have been perfect for a rainy night like tonight where I'm running late getting home with my two kids and no dinner plans. I pull up to your store in lake city at exactly 8:35 pm. The sign on the door clearly reads 9:00 pm at closing time... pull on the door... nope it's locked. The employee comes over and unlocks and gives me a funny look so I ask are you still open? She says yes which I'm now more confused because the sign clearly reads 9:00 pm but last I checked locked doors in retail store front businesses do not indicate open. So I ask her if she has any product and her reply is yes some but it will take longer because I will have to pull it all back out. Well don't worry papa murhpys I didn't further inconvenience your employee during your posted hours so that I could wait longer for what is supposed to be quick service food that isn't even ready to eat... I went across the street and got the usual dominos. Maybe train your employees to keep the doors open until close or change your hours if you don't wish to be open until 9...
