Most all of the papers are in spanish not English
Today June 30th 2017 officer mcloud worked at my local social security office his original post is in Jacksonville so beware he is rude disrespectful and does not do his job at properly enforcing the rules of the government office he held rude conversations about me while I was sitting right across the room as I could here a spoke to only specific people and held loud conversations cause us to not hear and miss our numbers I already can't hear much but he didn't help even tho they post all over the walls about how they try to make it easier but today with him there it wasn't easier at all only specific people were allowed to have their phones on and he kept telling me to be quiet while continuing to talk after they just didn't even call my number i had to ask for help to get my spot which he didn't do anything to recreation numerical order like the rules are supposed to be in start complaining to my mother in law completely turned away from him her then raises his voice and tells me the rules are to sit and be quiet and wait our turn till our number is called so why is it I get Yelled at for doing at told and then getting skipped and teeing treated like trash and insulted and humiliated in front of every one I suggest nobody go here when he is here or there in Jacksonville
they put in all my information wrong now I have to drive over a hr to go back there and take another half day off work.
why bother having a phone or other equipment when they hire stupids to run it? stop hanging up on ppl
