I then stated that this is a few more documents then when I came here previously, can you give me a list so I can bring the proper paperwork next time. Then she stated "you can't remember what I just told you". I said no ma'am, my memory goes in and out. She said "I only gave you three things, you shouldn't need a list".
As a disabled veteran, I expect costumer service to adequate to say the least. Today, I have to say this was one of the poorest experiences of customer service that I have in had a while.
The last time I was at the DMV i was told to bring my DD214 and driver license to get a veteran stamp. So this time I felt prepared, I came to counter and ask for a veteran stamp the person behind the counter said i need your license and dd 214. I handed her my license and as as i was getting my dd 214, she said i also need you social security card, birth certificate, two utility bills and other documents.
Says they're open Saturday's, but when you call it says they're closed. Should probably fix that.

I will tell you that disgust is not the word that comes to mind when I think of people questioning my memory. To not consider that I am a disabled veteran, and to question what I remember is an insult to my service. I will try to find another way of getting this veteran step online because I do not ever plan to set foot in that office again.
