Rob was great! I thought we had to refinish our tubs and he came and cleaned them and saved me some major money! He could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject and made some extra but didn't. I would refer him to anyone I know.
This is a place that practices good old fashioned customer service. After your first visit, you know them and they know you. you are not dealing with a different stranger every time you go in the store.
Excellent customer service and prices. We have bought many things there for our home and also for rental properties. On our last visit, we purchased a floor model tub that had been nicely discounted by the Mrs. When we picked it up, the Mr. nicely pointed out a small crack (which didn't affect the the tub). He didn't have to do that, but wasn't it nice that he did!
The test of a business is not when everything goes right but when it doesnt. I order from Tubs-n-stuff and my order kinda got lost. Not really just placed under my maiden name. However, the owner treated me very nicely in the middle of this. Never any hesitation just what do we need to do to get this done. Really costumer services, like it use to be. In addition, I shop and shop well. I always comparison shop. The prices here where great. Not only the prices but the quality was top notch. I know it might be a little off the beaten track but this place is definitely worth the drive.
