Very friendly people. Fast delivery and installation. They also repaired my refrigerator and within an hour everything was cool. Great job, I highly recommend them.
Not only do they not stand behind their so called "guarantees" , they sell basically fixed up junk . The owner spends one day a week trying to keep the junk that he sold working . Long enough , of course , until the guarantee expires . If your purchase is barely running , that's good enough for him and don't even try to get your money back . The place is an eyesore also that looks like the ghetto . I will tell you from experience , go elsewhere . These pay as you go places aren't bad . A little more expensive but it's new and you'll be able to depend on it .

I shouldn't even give 1 star. I called on Tuesday and Danny said someone would call or text me the next day between 10 am and 6 pm to let me know they were on their way. At 5:56 pm I called them because I sat at home and waited ALL day and never received a text or a phone call. I got their voice mail and I left a detailed message and asked them to call me back. Today is Thursday and I waited until just after 1pm and I called them again. Danny answered and I very calmly and nicely explained what happened. He confirmed my address then stated that he could be here in a few hours. I asked how they were going to resolve the situation, perhaps waive the $65 call fee since I wasted an entire day waiting for them. He said, "No ma'am. It's not our fault. It was raining all day." I said, "It IS your fault. The rain doesn't prevent you from picking up the phone and letting me know what happened. " VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Great prices on used appliances, also comes with a warranty. They deliver and setup for you with new hoses and electrical for the dryer. Highly recommended!
