Did a Google search and found this wonderful florist. The person answering the phone was very helpful and was able to get my Mom the best flowers! She was so happy and called me as soon as they arrived, and is still enjoying them today! Two thumbs up, and I will be calling again!!
I'm begging all to read this review. My flower arrangements were beautiful , but the roses were the wrong color. When I called the shop the woman I spoke with said well what do you want me to do? I told her that I wanted a reimbursement for my 2 bouquets. She said well what about my labor? I said well I'm not the one who made the mistake.
Number one flowers, number one service
I own a florist in Clearwater beach and needed to send flowers to my brother in law in the hospital in Lake City, who's wife worked in the floral industry for many years. As a florist, I know to NEVER use Teleflora, FTD, 1800Flowers, ProFlowers, Etc. So I contacted Lake City Florist direct, understanding I would get more for my money and personalized service. I placed my order for a masculine design in a coffee mug, with hopes to be delivered the next day (since my order was placed after 2pm) with a request of a picture before delivery. Within two hours, I received a text of the perfect Get Well Bouquet for my brother in law and they even delivered before 5pm on the same day.
The staff was indifferent, helpful but not above and beyond. I was on their website when I spoke to the girl on the phone. She seemed to understand my order. I ordered the chocolate lovers basket. My wife revived a basket with some chocolate and mostly snack products I've never heard of. When I returned the unopened basket, it took some persuasion to get a refund. I was told they don't really know what's on their own website.
