My mom called today. Her dog of 15 years, and one of my best friends, had to be euthanized this morning. She is buried on the path she used to run as a pup. I placed an order for flowers with CC’s in Lake City from my home out of state. Even though it was technically after hours and there were no delivery trucks available, the lady at CC’s promised to create the arrangement and personally deliver it. I couldn’t speak I was so thankful. She was very, very kind and delivered a beautiful arrangement just like she promised. Thank you so very much.

Amazing experience. I called and asked if I could have both a boutonniere and corsage for prom that is tomorrow. Stunning-Awesome is the only way to described the flowers, CC created for my mother's birthday. I called yesterday around 11am, staff very polite and friendly. They agreed to deliver them same day, which was great since I called last minute.
Ordered a bouquet and paid the highest amount for them. Not only are they the wrong flowers, they are cheaply thrown together and are have very few flowers. And they are lilting. I am especially upset due to the fact they were for Mother's Day and they could only fix the problem afterwards.
