I had a small package sent from Jacksonville to Lake City, over night, it cost me $26.36, it was shipped on wed.the 5th of October, I have yet to see the package, it is Sunday Oct.9th, i still need the package. I did the tracking and you say it was miss handled and will be arriving in the next business day, I want my money back, you failed to deliver.
Have been there often for special projects. Mike has been awesome and very accommodating. Prices are good as well.

Employees are very friendly, quick to get what I needed done with as much efficiency as possible, and know about proper employee-customer interaction. The owner of this store is also very nice, I enjoy talking to him, and he knows how to run a business.
Great service. Went to OfficeMax to fax and they tried for 15 min and couldn't get it to send. Came here and I was in and out with a confirmation in no time!
