I have been a customer of Sunbelt Credit for about 14 years...then they sold to Mariner Finance....bad decision. I secured a loan with the title to my truck, after they told me it would stay in the office. Well now I paid my loan off 2 years early expecting my title to be given back. No such luck. My title was supposedly turned into DMV now I have to go and pay 75$ just to get it back. They lied to me, when I paid it off, we were told that if it had been in cash they could have handed it to me, do who lied?????
Will NEVER go back. After 16 years this is how I was treated! Will not refer anyone else here either.
