You wait forever to be seen then when they finally do call you back you sit in a room forever. The nurse Practitioner Kathy has no idea what she's doing all she does is write you unnecessary prescriptions. The list goes on.
Dr Patel and his entire staff are A+. They've really helped out my dad. Same day appointments and all are very kind.
Gave me the wrong prescription multiple times, been dealing with my health issues for over 6 months that could easily be fixed, given that it's an extremely common issue. Had to go redo a sample 3+ times because every time they didn't send it to the hospital for testing. Every time I'm in there I feel rushed. I am switching doctors.
The worste staff I have EVER encountered at a doctor's office. Any doctor that values his business degree over his medical degree and who's staff is more concerned about which drug rep is providing them with free lunch that day has absolutely the lowest ethics and morals of ANYONE in the medical profession. They all should be ashamed of themselves and how they treat their patients. You stay on hold forever. You wait for an hour to be seen while the staff gossips and scrolls through their phones.
