I needed a car right away and they came through. I explained I wanted to get an even better car. They called the same day for the upgrade!!
Easy, fast, and convenient car rental.
Asked for a full sized car and they gave us a compact... we had five people we needed to fit in the car. A few days later we called in for a car swap out, the lady on the phone said dont worry about anything, took all our information and said our car would be ready the next day. The next day we came in and the person at the desk had no information about anything regarding our car. Dont use... unless you want a cruddy vacation.
Great staff and a very quick process
This store closes at 12 noon. Our son's car broke down and the manager was able to get him a car so he could get his family home.
