No hassles no problems. I rented an economy size but the one they (Lake City) had,had some defects that I was not comfortable with so with no hesitation I was given an SUV for the same price. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I will be renting from them again..
Awesome experience. Customer service is always at it's highest peak. Paul and the rest of his crew are fantastic. Even the young men outside keeping the cars cleaned are good.
Call 3 days in advance to reserve a car for a trip. Requested a certain make of car with a Sirius Radio. Actually got to Enterprise in my town, and was told Barry Flatley we don't Reserve certain cars for people. I'd requested a full size 4 door Dodge Charger with a Sirius radio, but when I got there I was offered a smaller Nissan.
The absolute worst and rudest experience of my life. The manager I wish worked for me just so I could fire his lazy butt. I received an email saying pick up my rental at noon, when I arrived I found out they close at noon. Employees were washing their personal cars and when I asked about my vehicle he stated they close at noon and have a good day. Customer service is non existent, I’d rather buy a bicycle than rent here!!
Staff is very pleasant and they genuinely want your experience to be a good one. They always make check in and check out quick and easy. I rent from Enterprises all over the U.S. and they are all consistent in their strive to be the best in their industry. This is why I only rent from Enterprise, they certainly set the standard high.
