Full hookups, rough road in, interstate noise, reasonable price.
Was good for the overnight stop we did. Full hook up, with shared power pole. A small RV Park. Only drawback, to me, was the road going in. A 3 mile dirt, washboard road. They do accept Passport America.
This is a hard park to review. On the one hand, I actually liked the place. It’s small, lots of grass, fairly level sites, surrounded by trees but none so close as to block your satellite dish, the longest and widest sites I have ever seen, 50amp power, sewer connections front and back, easy water connections, self-check-in, no frills, passport America prices, and very clean bathrooms. On the other hand, it is in a bad spot. You have to drive about three miles down a narrow dirt road and you are still right next to the highway. The road noise is loud but in Florida you have the windows closed and the air conditioner on anyways that masks the noise. The park is not close to anything at all. Your 45min away from Gainesville and 25min away from Lake City. We stopped in for an overnight while traveling and it was fine but we would probably pass it up the next time thru.
