We cannot say how satisfied we where with the roof. The guys doing it where very nice and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it. We love them and have reference alot of our friends to them.
Facts/cons: it took 8 weeks to get the roof, while on site the workers trampled/broke/killed numerous plants around the house despite being asked to avoid them several times, trash and nails were left around the house, and they punctured a screen on one window with equipment hanging over the side of the house.
Pros: Done quickly (less than one day to install), responded to complaint about plants and workers (but only with a 'we are sorry; it happens'), relatively cheap, roof seems secure so far and looks nice.
