This place is a joke. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have watched the rude and inconsiderate lady at the counter come and go as she pleases, allowing her young daughter behind the counter with her, leaving before her shift ends so no further customers can be helped. The extremely rude woman working in dispatch was uncooperative in the situation and basically said I could sit here and wait till tonight when the driver comes in from his delayed route due to his truck breaking down. Luckily the driver sent his undeliverable packages back on the broke down truck, which I should have been able to retrieve in thirty minutes or less from the location that the tow truck had already picked up and left from. Well over an hour later I'm still sitting here waiting for this package to arrive on a broke down truck. Absolute joke.
