What a joke! The guy comes out like he's drunk or high and tells us how to fix the things we needed fixed. Rather than wanting to do the work himself it's like he was wanting us to do it. Telling us how easy it was to fix everything and how to do it. First of all I do NOT have the knowledge or the skill to do what he wanted me to. Second if I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have called??? Third I'm not going to roll around in pooh when I can pay someone. Worst experience I've had with ANYONE that is a plumber. Not sure if it's the guy that came out or if they're all like this at this company, but either way they have not gained my business.
