We went into the Pet supermarket to get replacement battery for a dog collar and the associate Ashton provided sub par customer service. When asked where the batteries where she directed us to a locked case. When my husband reached out to get the 10.00 batteries in order to make sure they were the correct ones Ashton snatched them back and snapped “I bring them back to the register.” When asked if we could have our old battery back she mumbled something under her breath about of course but not the new battery because you can’t trust people or something to that effect. We were treated like we were going to just take off and steal these TEN DOLLAR batteries. When we tried to make small talk she ignored us but kept eyeing us like we were criminals. After we made our purchase there was no thank you or anything just watching us until we left. We’ve been there only once before and this was the first time we were treated like garbage. Definitely never shop at this place or recommend this place to any of our friends or family. Thank god for Lake City Pets, who treat us like family but unfortunately did not carry what we needed for this unfortunate visit.
I was in town visiting family and saw Pet Supermarket and decided to drop in, twice in one day in fact. To start the staff are wonderful and friendly, the store is clean and fully stocked with all kinds of fun goodies; quality food, toys and more. In my opinion this store is way better than Petsmart or Petco, especially where employees are concerned, One associate, Rachel, made a particularly great impression on me and my dog Kyli as she gave her lots of love and a treat during our visit as well as great conversation. I will definitely come by this location when I'm in town again! Thanks for a great shopping experience.
He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, even comparing all of our options and product prices and getting us the best priced items for our budget. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic at explaining the answers to any questions you may have. Its rare nowadays, to find someone who genuinely loves their job and takes pride in helping people...he is exactly that! Great store and staff, I am glad they came to Lake City!
The staff is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about anything in the store. Been many times, and the staff always greets you ask if you need help. I will be a loyal customer forever. I tell anybody along with family and friends to shop there.

My new favorite pet supply shop in town! The people working there are fantastic and always have time to answer questions and make suggestions, they really know their stuff. Not only is the store friendly, but it has a great selection of higher value pet feed and good prices on all sorts of toys. I love it there and go back for everything I need.
