I was so impressed with the level of care and amazing customer service. They are superb. I moved from New York to lake city, Florida and I had the worst experienced movers. I decided to move back to New York and contacted Moving America last minute and they were able to accommodate my schedule and needs. Throughout the process, they kept me up to date about my moving. I needed special requests because of a last minute move and his wife said, "Don't worry Eliana, we are going to make sure you are happy." At that moment of stress, that's what I needed to hear. I gave them my trust and they didn't fail me. I recommend their service to anyone 100%.
Overall I was highly satisfied with this company's services! I have an antique grand piano that is extremely heavy and has been in my family for years, the movers were courteous, concise and very considerate of my property.. Upon inspection of my belongings at my new home,not a single scratch on any item. I would highly recommend them as they are the only company that would move me to my new spot (7th floor building).
