So far I have placed two orders in less then a month and BOTH orders were wrong. First order was a meat lovers extra cheese paid extra for it and ended up with a plain pepperoni pizza. The second time I ordered a pepperoni pizza (thought they could get it right) box with bread sticks and cinnamon sticks, they try to give me a personal pan pizza for one person. Really I use to love Pizza Hut but from now on Hungry Howies your my man.
The pizza here is very good. The employees are always willing to help if we have any problems online ordering our pizza. I would suggest this Pizza Hut to anyone.
So order a pickup pizza, get in line and wait and wait on car in front of me never saw a pizza handed through window but did watch as the pizza girl hanging out the window kept talking to the person sitting there. After approximately 10 mins had to get out and walk inside to get said pizza. By the way there were 3ore cars behind me waiting. Obviously a manager should instruct employee to keep the line moving and not BS with a customer. Think I'll try Dominoes next time
Everytime I place an order I get there and they don't even have it in the computer. They also always get the order messed up. They give you stuff they've had sitting there all day when you ask to have your order re-done.
