While I have no qualm with the doctor, in fact, she was wonderful my problem lies within their billing department and front office staff. When I asked them to check to make sure our new insurance was covered I was assured that it was. About 6 months later I get a bill in the mail because my insurance was not accepted. After three months of calling and leaving voicemails I finally got connected with someone in accounts receivables who got authorization through her supervisor to discount my bill but that was the best she could do. I now have to pay $100 extra dollars out of pocket because of a mistake THEY made. I will not be returning.
