Have spent thousands of dollars at this store and am fed up with the crappy quality of the products. Specifically a Troy built pressure washer we paid $300 for. The first one stopped working after two months. After arguing with them for 30 minutes they finally exchanged it. Well I used it twice and put it in my garage. Stored it correctly went to use it once summer hit and it wouldn't start and of course they won't refund our money and claim they can't find the purchase on our card which is plain bs!!! The first one was refunded on our card and the second was charged to it. So they won't send it in for repair!!! Won't shop here anymore. Also looked up this brand and a large amount of people have the same complaint about it not starting. If Lowes is going to sell products they know have issues and yet won't help the customer resolve the issue, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service for someone trying to place a large order. The bathroom department was extremely unorganized and could not efficiently get down products such as a tub, or locate where the matching surround was. The hardware department was messy so much that you had to dig through bins to find matching parts like door hinges. Several items were not in stock and associates did not have a clear answer as far as what other stores had the products or how long it would take to order. I will give credit to the flooring and paint departments for being quick and helpful and offering discount information or rebate forms. Also, the pro department should ONLY be available to contractors or individuals with a pro card - pro associates were not readily available because they were helping people with very small orders. Overall this Lowes simply needs managers who will be more efficient and motivate their team to better care for their customers.
