*came back on Thursday was told the machine was down due to maintenance then the young lady said well, there is no solution actually. I explained that I had been here Tuesday and was told it would be back online Wed. She basically said that all solution had been sent to Gainesville for Sorority rush girls. I explained that I paid for a service... Prepaid in fact, and that was poor customer service. They should at least offer to add days to my service package. She seemed uncomfortable and probably thought I was making a mountain out of a molehill.... Anyway, I will not buy anymore packages from this business.

So glad I cancelled my membership. I only get the spray tan and pay a premium for that privilege. Came in today (don't do Mondays since that's crowded) to find that they have no Spray tan solution because they sent it all to the Gainesville store. What about the clients that pay to use it in Lake City? So I pay for a service that the store deliberately makes unavailable? Why couldn't you keep enough back to take care of this site? That is not customer service. The front desk person, while very polite, did not understand why I might be perturbed at this practice.
Went there yesterday to get a spray tan. Alyssa (not sure spelling) was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. I did the new spray tan system reluctantly because last time I got one there was an odor. This new kind they have is simple, quick and odor free! I loved it! Place is very clean and staff is just beyond nice. Very good experience, I will be back for sure!
I've been into Hot Spot quite a few times. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the rooms are ALWAYS neat and clean. I absolutely LOVE the tanning products Hot Spot carries. I wouldn't use another other salon in town, but Hot Spot!
