I called them...they set the price...said they would be out within one week...never heard from them again! Called holly electric....they came out and did it the next day!

The lady who runs the office obviously does not know what customer service is. She is very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I did speak with a gentleman first thing in the morning and he was very polite and helpful. When I called back I got her and she basically said everything the gentleman in the morning told me was wrong and that she does it this way only!!!
