the surroundings of this Court house are filthy there is trash everywhere. when an animal gets ran over it is left on the sidewalk or in the middle of the road for weeks. In behind the court house is a huge garbage can oh wait its suppose to be a Lake. How can so many city officials and city workers see this filth yet do nothing about it??
