Loss prevention staff follow you continuously thru the store. The store is cluttered and disorganized. Extremely unprofessional staff. I will not be back to shop at this location and I love the other Ross stores I've shopped at

Store is very neat and organized. The prices can't be beat. Bought my grandson a quality shirt for less than half of what I would have paid at the mall.
Ross is Ross. This review is purely on staff and the day I went in they were very friendly. I was welcomed as I walked in and the cashier was very friendly at check out. She even chatted with my 4 year old because they had the same color hair and that makes all the difference.
