Brought two tires in to be changed. Sounds simple enough right? Instead it turned into a game of a million questions and finally for them to tell me that I need to just bring them the car. Well tire guys, I would've definitely brought the car in if it wasn't sitting on the side of the road with two flats!!! Thanks for making an inconvenient situation worse! A+ in that department!!! Absolutely the worse!!!

Great experience, 4 new tires installed and out the door in 45 minutes. I believe the salesperson name was james, he new his stuff and was very customer friendly. I have been to other discount tire locations before and all were good, this location seems to be very focused on customer service, as I sat in the waiting room there were 4 people pulled up just to get a little air in their tires, always was an employee out the door before the customer even got out of there car to check and fill for free. This will be my go to tire facility from now on. Thank you for the great experience.
I can not recommend this Discount Tire Store more. I have used this company in several locations and this one is the best one I have been to yet. (Not knocking any of the others, they were excellent to work with too) Eric (Store Manager) was very helpful in explaining all of the pros and cons of each tire I was considering. In fact, every person on staff was helpful when they were coming by as they were on there way working. I appreciate good service and all of the staff here are A+. I understand some folks think that there is no such thing as a 5 star business (I get it, for the most part I agree, but...This place is the exception to that general rule) All I can say is "Keep up the good work Discount Tire Team, You Rock!" Oh...and again Thank you!
