Bought a lemon boat and disputed the charge with the bank they sided with polaris of gainesville not us the ripped off customer! if We were anyone Else in Columbia county and Alachua county I would seriously advise steering clear of doing business with either place. I will be moving my personal and business accounts out of Campus USA!

I've been with Campus USA since 2008. My Husband and I have had SEVERAL Auto loans, 2 Credit Cards, and last year got a Mortgage. Not only have they met our needs they exceeded our expectations. They have the BEST rates. The staff is very kind. They know us by name and always give us the GREATEST customer service. I recommend them every chance I get. We are even considering moving out of the area next year and I've already contacted them to make sure I can use a "in-network" Credit Union where we're going so I don't have to change banks. They are A+!!!!!!
I was trying to find out about sitting up payments for a land contract. They claim it's impossible, even spoke to a supervisor by the name of Jennifer, I also waited on hold for 29 min. Then she hung up on me, when I said I wouldn't bank with them after being treated that way! I would rate then a big ZERO if possible....Iam actually a nice, patient person but customer service in northern Florida is really poor, I came from Iowa, they actually answer the phones at banks there! They don't have you sit and wait for almost 30 min. Before answering the phone. Then hang up on you when your not happy!! I would suggest this bank gets better CSR....
